New lights have been installed as part of the public space enhancement work.
These new lights give both pedestrians and cyclists a new view of the city-centre monuments, streets and squares, with a range of unique light technologies including white LEDs for buildings, blue LEDs for water features and green LEDs for landscaping features. The lights are switched on between dusk and 1 am.
This 4.3 km route is designed to showcase the renovated spaces, such as the quays and Place de l'Hôtel de Ville.
The city is now bathed in enchanting and magical light, all the way from Place de l'Hôtel de Ville to Rue Aristide-Briand, via Rue Champeaux, Rue de la Monnaie, Rue Urbain IV and Rue de la Cité, as well as Place Jean-Jaurès, Place Vernier and Place Saint-Pierre.
Not to be missed!
